Enchanted Emerald Villa is an amazing luxury vacation villa that is well appointed!  This 2,880 square foot 2 story home is just minutes to the front gates of Disney World Resort, 25 minutes or less to Universal Studios Orlando, Seaworld, and all other theme parks!  The home features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, high speed wireless internet, a south facing screened-in pool and spa (pool heat optional); and game room. There are a total of 12 flat screen TV's. Cable TV is connected to 9 TV's (Family Room, Game Room and all 7 bedrooms). Eight of the twelve are smart tv's that you can connect to your streaming subscriptions.  Air conditioned game room/theater room features a large TV, billiards, and darts!  Driveway parking for 2 vehicles with additional curb side parking. Only 15-20 minutes from other major theme parks such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney Springs, Gatorland, LegoLand and Aquatica.  It's prime location in an exclusive gated community is conveniently located within minutes to many restaurants, shopping and supermarkets to satisfy all of your needs.  Staying in the Villa provides you access to the clubhouse, two heated pools, tiki bar, tennis/basketball/sand volleyball courts, miniature golf, gym, 11 acre nature preserve with walking trail and so much more!

Our well appointed, spacious villa features two separate living areas, an open-plan from kitchen to living space.  Large patio doors lead to your own private screened pool, spa and covered lanai with smart tv. The pool access is fitted with a child safety net. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen, has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and includes fridge/freezer with door mounted ice & water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, waste disposal etc. There is also an eating area with table and six chairs as well as a second dining option that seats eight. Our villa has 7 bedrooms (sleeping 16 guests) including 2 en-suites bedrooms, 2 themed bedrooms, (Harry Potter and Disney), and 4.5 baths to give you and your guests plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing after a day out exploring.  12 total flat screen tv's located throughout the villa, air conditioned game/theater room with an extra large TV, billiards, and 2 dart boards.  Other upgrades include hardwood floors and brand new carpet and furniture! Linen and towels are supplied, including some pool towels.

Our Villa is located in the upscale gated community of Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. Emerald Island is situated just outside the front gates of Disney World ensuring stress free travel to all Disney Parks. It is only a short commute to all other major theme parks and attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, LegoLand, Aquatica, Gatorland, Discovery Cove and more. Shops and restaurants are located within a mile. 

For golfers, there are 6 courses in Kissimmee. Try Falcon's Fire, Hunter's Creek, Kissimmee Bay, Remington, Oaks National or Celebration just to name a few courses.

Being situated in Central Florida, close to I-4 and the Florida Turnpike, it is perfectly situated to reach many other must visit Florida destinations such as Cape Canaveral, the ocean and gulf beaches, Daytona Beach, Tampa, and much more.
